Throwdough

Today was rainy and dark; the perfect day for making pizza. Lately I have been wanting to take my pizza making to the next level. In an attempt to learn how to spin pizza properly I went online. Although I initially just wanted to find some tips about basic techniques I got seduced into the mesmerizing world of throwdough (freestyle pizza dough spinning). It seems that there is a serious competitive circuit--and the skills these folks have are impressive.

I practiced all day and made a pretty good pizza eventually but no one is a better pizza spinner than Juan...
