A few years ago I had the pleasure of reading Michael Pollan's very important book "The omnivores dilemma" It is a wonderful look at the different modes of eating and the state of the global food supply. Pollan is back at it with an article just released in New York Times magazine. It is a letter to the presidential candidates explaining and demanding a revision of their national policy and approach to food. I wonder if he would mind sending one to the Canadian candidates as well.
