The more I travel the world the more I am convinced that the bee made in the Pacific North West is something special. The latest local beer to grab my fancy is Phillips seasonal beer Blue Buck Ale.
I will spare you all the foody bullshit about the many subtle flavors in this beer (there are lots) and simply tell you to grab some Blue Buck next time you are thirsty!
